MDFL 2008: Sku Bowl

Discuss here about having a post-season bracket for those teams who did not make the playoffs. We no longer reward the winner with the 1st pick of next year's draft. There have been some who have asked not to punish these teams anymore like this year where we have them pay for the draft party. I agree with that. So what should we do?

MDFL 2008: Pro Bowl

MDFL 2008: Money Payouts

Discuss the dues, payouts (weekly and playoffs) here. We had $200 for dues last year. Check the MDFL rules page for what setup we had last season. John-you are in charge for coming up with a proposal to start the discussion. Please include what we have paid to Sportsline so far. We also had the NFL Pick 'Em Pool included last season.

MDFL 2008: Kickers

Please discuss why we should should have kickers in our 18th season.

MDFL 2008: Defensive Players

Please discuss the options for defensive players setup. I propose that we add an additional defensive player position and add points for tackles. We have it setup now for 6 points for a sack or INT.

MDFL 2008: Divisional Setup/Schedule

Please discuss the options for how our divisions are to be setup. I propose two divisions producing 13 weeks on our schedule playing each team in your division twice and each team in the other division once. The division winners are decided by win-loss record then power rank and two wild-card teams decided from power rank.

MDFL 2008: Draft Order Process

Let's get this started and start with an easy one.
Please discuss the options for producing our draft order. Do we select ahead of time via an online random process or on draft night? When we produce the draft lottery, is that the slot the team gets or can he pick his slot? One thing for sure, the lottery numbers will decide the division setup (odd/even.)
